Domestic Shipping:

All merchandise will be shipped to you via USPS (5-7 business days), at a flat rate of $8.50. If you require faster shipping service, please contact info@littleliebling.com and we will do our best to accommodate your individual needs. Additional shipping charges will apply. 
To help track the status of your shipment, a delivery confirmation number will be send to you via email. You can check the status of your delivery by visiting www.usps.com directly.

Please note that all little Liebling products are custom made just for you upon order. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your item to ship. Please contact us if you need your order sooner. 

International Shipping: 

All merchandise will be shipped to you via USPS (5-10 business days), at a flat rate of $18. Please note that all little Liebling products are custom made just for you upon order. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your item to ship. 

Payment & Ordering Methods: 

PayPal:
Most credit cards, debit cards and checks can be used with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service, just follow the directions on our website.

Mail orders:

Personal checks may delay order up to two weeks.
All international orders must pay with PayPal please. 

Sales Tax:

Little Liebling is based in Houston, Texas. Therefore, all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Texas will be charged with 8.25% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Texas within the United States will not be subject to sales tax. 

Return Policy:

We want to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not, simply return the merchandise within 14 days of delivery and we will either exchange the product or refund the payment. Refunds will be made for your original purchase price. Items received after 14 days of your received ship day will not be accepted. Shipping & handling costs (both ways) will not be reimbursed unless an error is made on our behalf regarding the fulfillment of your order. All items must be handled with great care, and thus must be returned in original packaging and with all tags. If an item is damaged upon return, a 15% deduction will be applied to the credit.

Please note that there are no returns on special orders or personalized items and all sales on SALE items are final.

Returns/exchanges must be shipped via U.S Priority Mail insured, UPS or FEDEX. Delivery confirmation is recommended when returning merchandise.

Please send the unused item along with a copy of your invoice and please mark or highlight items you are returning. If you are returning items for exchange, please indicate the style, size and color of the item you would like in exchange.

Please contact us before you return any item to get a return authorization number and mailing address at returns@littleliebling.com.

Little Liebling values your privacy just as much as you do. We believe that trusting us with your information is an honor and we will do everything possible to protect it. Your information will never be sold or shared outside little Liebling with the exception of the shipping companies necessary to fulfill your order.
